Creating Change | Telling Stories
From delivering commencement speeches to doing stand-up comedy in bowling alleys to delivering keynote speeches at national conferences, Ken Schneck is as experienced a presenter as you are ever going find. He is as insightful as he is irreverent, employing inspiration as deftly as he wields irony. He is a highly sought out speaker who regularly presents on the topics of LGBTQ identity, community change, racial justice and always, ALWAYS, how you can use your voice to create actual change (instead of creating more meetings about creating actual change).
On 1/14/15, Ken Schneck told a story as part of the monthly "Keep Talking" storytelling show in Cleveland. The theme for the month was, "I Promise". This was Ken's promise... Ken Schneck is the producer/host of "This Show is So Gay" - an award-winning, nationally syndicated radio show/podcast that urges you to use your voice to make a difference in this world.
Ken’s specialty is audience interaction and making sure everyone is engaged and entertained. Here he is hosting a burlesque show at the world famous Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland, OH. A question of whether anyone went downtown that day went to most unexpected places…
In May of 2013, Dean Ken Schneck was asked to deliver the valediction address at Marlboro College. His brief words have been rebroadcast and reprinted all the world round. Governor Peter Shumlin (just off camera to Ken’s right) loved it.
